These classes meet for 8 weeks … Brooke is offering private classes in Wilton, New Canaan, Westport, Weston, Ridgefield and Greenwich … Private classes are for people who want to deepen their practice of yoga, for those just beginning and for those who have medical problems and injuries.

Brooke is a registered yoga teacher, certified with Kripalu Center and practices reiki and reflexology. She is also a founding member of the Kripalu Yoga Teachers Association. She specializes in small group work, one on one sessions, and stress reduction. For information call: 203-762-1297
